                       A banana cake to die for!

This is a great recipe if you have too many bananas at home and do not know how to use them!

5 to 7 bananas + a small amount of butter

200 g of sugar

2 eggs


vegetable oil

250 g of flour

1 rising powder

cut the bananas into slices and put them in a pan with a little butter and a little sugar

when they are cooked, put them in a large bowl

add the sugar, the eggs, 4 spoons of milk, 1 spoon of oil, the flour and the rising powder.

bake for 30 minutes at 180°.

 if you are greedy, you can add some bits of chocolate too inside the cake!

                                        Carrot cake

2 cups of flour
3 tea spoons of ground cinnamon
2 tea spoons of rising powder
1 cup 1/2 of sugar
1 cup of vegetarian oil
4 eggs
2 cups of grated carrots

mix the flour + the cinnamon + the rising powder + the sugar in a bowl

add the oil

add the eggs one ny one

finish with the carrots

bake for 10 minutes at 250 ° then for 40 minutes at 150° (the top of the cake must be brown and the inside cooked)

enjoy the carrot cake warm or cold!
